IR Foundation is a thought leadership center focused on international business, family offices, and family enterprises. IR brings together and develops concepts that may appear separate, but are in fact intrinsically connected. The Foundation works in collaboration with international organizations, civil society groups, business associations, academic institutions, and think tanks. It also participates in national and international networks of foundations, with the purpose of contributing added value to the pillars of our organization.

IR is a private and independent association dedicated to advancing the progress of business families in order to support economic growth across our countries. We channel solutions being developed globally by these families, particularly in the United States, Israel, Japan, and Europe, to contribute to addressing cross-cutting challenges in Latin America.
